Information you provide

When you use the contact form, NT Technologies receives the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, company, phone number, project details, and message. The site also receives ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser user agent in server logs.

How information is used

Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry, assess whether NT Technologies can help, prepare requested proposals, and communicate about potential or active work. Server logs are used for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Essential browser storage may be used by the component theme system to remember a display preference. The contact form uses ASP.NET Core antiforgery protection for security.

Email delivery

Contact submissions are delivered through Microsoft Graph to the Microsoft 365 mailbox configured by NT Technologies. Delivery necessarily passes through Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online. No contact-form or marketing-email service is used by this site.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security, and legal obligations. NT Technologies does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to service providers that operate necessary hosting or email infrastructure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and business-record obligations. Use the contact form to make your request.

This policy may be updated when the site or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
